#1179 – Omaha School Psychologists Association v. Omaha Public School District No. 1 Douglas County, Nebraska.  Filed 5-12-08, Wage, O’Connor. 

#1180 – Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 20 v. The County of Cass, Nebraska, a Political Subdivision of the State of Nebraska, Ron Nolte, John Baroni, James Engelkemier, James Peterson, David Nielson, Cass County Board of Commissioners.  Filed 5-22-08, Mediation, Glaser.
