Loren L. Lindahl was appointed by Governor Mike Johanns to the Commission of Industrial Relations in November, 2001 to complete the unexpired term of G. Roderic Anderson. In June, 2003 he was re-appointed by Governor Mike Johanns to a six-year term which will expire in June, 2009. Commissioner Lindahl is a native of Wausa, Nebraska, a 1968 graduate of the University of Nebraska, College of Business Administration, and a 1973 graduate of the University of Nebraska, College of Law. Since 1973, he has practiced law in Wahoo, Nebraska, and is currently a partner in the law firm of Edstrom Bromm Lindahl & Freeman-Caddy. He practices primarily in the areas of real estate, business organization, municipal law, and estate planning and probate. He is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association and is admitted to practice in all Nebraska Courts and the United States District Court for Nebraska. Currently, Commissioner Lindahl is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation and Judge Advocate for The American Legion, Department of Nebraska, and numerous civic organizations.
