Announcing the Publication of: NEBRASKA COMMISSION OF INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS REPORTER: Decisions of the Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations (NCIR)The Nebraska Commission of Industrial Relations (Nebraska's agency which handles Public Sector Bargaining for all public employees) began publishing its decisions in 1974 but the decisions go back to when the first case was filed with the Commission (formerly called Court of Industrial Relations) in 1947. The NCIR Reporter is published on an as needed basis. We also issue a Case Digest which indexes the decisions by topic. We are pleased to offer the publication of its NCIR Reporter - decisions of the NCIR on 3 1/2" computer disks, created with Word, and also via nebraska.gov. The advantage of the disks or nebraska.gov is the ability to do a word search of the opinions. You must be a subscriber to the CIR Reporters in order to sign up for either the disks or utilize the search capability of nebraska.gov.
Annual renewals are presently priced at $25.00 and includes the cost of sturdy binders, handling and postage. We strongly encourage you, however, to order an entire set of Reporters, the initial cost of this being $100.00, with additional annual renewals. The subscription year begins in August of each year.
